Company Overview

VCNZ are independent property advisers and registered valuers. We are not affiliated with any other
organisation or agency. We have an experienced team of four Valuers, a software engineer who mainains
the AVM and additional support staff. We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, Property
Institute of New Zealand and Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand and adhere to the
standards of practice and codes of ethics of these bodies.
What we do

We provide a comprehensive range of valuation and advisory services within our region. Each of our
experienced team of Valuers specialise in specific geographical areas and valuation types, so you know
that when you use our services you are tapping into superior local knowledge.

Every Valuer is highly experienced in the residential market and each has specific skills in other valuation
specialties.

We carry out valuations for a wide range of reasons including buying, selling, financing, and taxation
purposes.

VCNZ are a Wellington based valuation, property consultancy and research group offering a wide range
of real estate advisory services to Greater Wellington, Hutt valley, Porirua, Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua
regions. Additionally our Automated Valuation (Home Valuer) has national coverage.
